Placement Services

Assist the participant to develop job search skills and to actively conduct a job search with potential employers. Matches the participant's skills, training and interests with work placement opportunities. Negotiates placement arrangements with the employer and the participant.

Assessment Services

Work site assessment and/or Pro 3000 Assessment Assesses the aptitudes, skills, work habits, and vocational interests of the participant. Provides information and a list of jobs the participant would be suited for.

Work Training Services

Community Based Training and /or Agency Based Training Provides work training within the vocational interest of the participant. Work experiences are obtained to either explore vocational interests or for job placement if the participant is successful. The participant is supported, if needed, through job coaching, liaison between the employer and the participant, job adaptation, etc. Academic upgrading, Employability Skills Class and generic job skills development are offered at Segue.

Follow-Up Services

Provides support by consulting and mediating between employer and employee, and supporting the employee on issues that may affect work performance. If the employee is experiencing difficulty with work performance, then job coaching or job adaptation is accessed.
