Self Help Education Resource Centre (SHERC)

SHERC is a lending library of resources that promote mental health and wellness. All resources are current and the topics are of various interests. Below is a sample of some of the topics SHERC has to offer.

• Childbirth & Postpartum Depression

This service is offered to the community free of charge. All that is required is for each lender to fill out a registration form.

• Location: 21 Loewen Blvd., Steinbach, MB
• Loan Period: 3 weeks on all books, videos and DVDs
