Eden East works to provide safe, affordable housing to those with a mental health issues as well as families and individuals living on a fixed income in the South East community. Twelve of the suites in Penfeld Court are rent supplemented and designated for those with a mental illness and living on Employment and Income Assistance. The remaining twelve suites are for families and individuals who are living on a fixed income (under $46,000.00/year, gross income) and are in need of affordable housing.
