A group of concerned community members (Eastman Community Connections) saw a need for supported housing and learning opportunities for individuals and families struggling with mental health concerns.  The resulting partnership with Eden Health Care Services, has grown into the Eden East program with community offices located at 21 Loewen Boulevard, Steinbach.

Eden East strives to work in the three areas of RECOVERY, HOUSING, and COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

We support RECOVERY while walking alongside participants of either the mainstream or residential care housing programs. 

We provide appropriate, affordable HOUSING opportunities for those living with a mental health issue.  

Having listened carefully to the COMMUNITY, we are responding to the mental health needs of the region through the development of mental health recovery resources.

We do this work on behalf of the Church and community for all members of society.
