Recovery of Hope - Fees & Appointments

HOURS:      Day and evening appointments available

FEES:          Maximum fee $90.  Sliding scale.
                    Receipts will be provided. 

INSURANCE:    Review your personal insurance package carefully.  Most personal insurance benefits require that your counselling be provided by a Registered Psychologist.  (We do not currently have one on staff).  i.e. Manulife, Great West Life

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS:   Many therapists at our office are approved providers for a variety of Employee Assistance Programs.  Check with your employer about these details.

LENGTH OF SESSION:  50 minutes

CANCELLATION POLICY:  24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment

CONFIDENTIALITY:  What you tell your counsellor will not be told to anyone else unless you request it or give permission.  There are a few situations where your counsellor would need to disclose only as much information as necessary.
